Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
This policy applies to both shipped orders and local pickup orders.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or thawed due to a carrier issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Bulk & Local Pickup Orders

  • Bulk purchases, half cows, and custom orders are non-refundable once the order is placed

  • Local pickup orders are also final once prepared
