No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
This policy applies to both shipped orders and local pickup orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or thawed due to a carrier issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Bulk & Local Pickup Orders

Bulk purchases, half cows, and custom orders are non-refundable once the order is placed
