Want to stock your freezer with premium, pasture-raised beef? This deposit reserves your spot for a half beef from Southern Oak Pastures.

Our cattle are raised on open pastures the way nature intended - no feedlots, organic. Just pure, wholesome beef from our family ranch.

How it works:

• Pay a $500 deposit to reserve your half beef
• Final price is based on hanging weight
• Work with our butcher to customize your cut sheet
• Pick up in Wills Point, TX or Salado, TX when ready

Pricing per pound (hanging weight):

•  $11/lb

A half beef yields approximately 220-248 pounds of meat. Contact us after placing your deposit to discuss your cut preferences!
